The title "Visions of New Zealand" is about connecting the dreams, aspirations and innovation of traditional knowledge through research education and practice. The key is about working complimentary to enhance skills, expertise and knowledge with the aim of providing quality service incorporating traditional, cultural and western worldviews.
Diamond Dynamics is offering professionals and organisations who work with indigenous communities an exciting opportunity of bringing a different kind of showcase. It's about both theory and practice working together, optimising indigenous models, strategies and tools to improve and assist quality health and life outcomes.
The speakers are all passionate, dedicated experts and leaders willing to share their perspectives and experiences, highlighting the success factors and achievements of improving the well being of indigenous people. They will address challenges faced and how these can be overcome with an insight on further developments and future directions, to build capacity and create autonomy for and within indigenous communities (from examples in Aotearoa - NZ).
